Floor plan Apartment – Guesthouse Hegger
The Holiday apartment lies in Meerbusch in a 2-family-house in quite a location.
The complete Apartment has a living area of approximately 54 m2 and a separate entrance via the stairwell with its own doorbell/intercom system.
The floor has a small party kitchen with a 2-hot-plate-cooktop, exhaust, microwave, sink, and fridge. On the floor is a seating corner for up to four people. The needs for cooking and breakfast are available. Coffee, tea, sugar, and the use of a PC workstation with Internet connection for your own laptop are available and free of charge. In the year 2019, we bought an additional big fridge and an oven.
The living room is well furnished and equipped with a digital SAT TV, 3 LCD TVs with 250 different TV programms in many languages, stereo system, a video eecorder and a PC workstation with Internet access (VDSL 100 MBT). If required, a bed in a cupboard can be used as an additional sleeping facility for the fourth person.
Parking places are available in front of our house. Laundry service and final room cleaning are included: linen change every 14 days and towel change every 7 days.
Two bathrooms with showers and WCs can be used with corresponding occupancy.
To the Apartment belongs a roofed terrace with a nice view into our garden.
It can be reached easily via 11 stairs from the living room.
Heating, garden furnishings, and an electric grill are available.
