connected through a wall opening – as well as a bedroom and child’s bedroom.
A total of 4 sleeping options/beds.
South-facing balcony approx. 1.50 x 10 meter with garden view.
|Equipment:||The Holiday flat is part newly furnished. A PC workstation with Internet access (DSL) can be used free-of-charge within the property network.
Digital satellite connection and television with 185 channels as well as
another television with a DVB-T connection is available.
|Wash room:||The half wash room with shelving as well as washing machine and condensate tumble dryer can be used.|
|Loft:||The loft can be used for drying washing and has limited space as a storage area.|
|Parking:||A car parking space is available in front of the property. Other parking options are available on the private Stichstraße. On request, a garage can be rented on a long-term basis which is approx. 100 metres from the property at a cost of 36 € per month.|
